Live Spectrogram of Xanadu (Rush) in Baudline
No copyright infringement intended. "Xanadu" is just as visually stunning as it is aurally captivating. Let's see what we are listening to.
Here's a live spectrogram captured in vokoscreen 3.2.0 in Pop OS 21.04.
Rush - Xanadu is the spellbounding sound in the background.
The program I used to generate the spectrogram is baudline and the command is
"parec --channels=2 --latency-msec=5 | baudline -stdin -channels 2 -reset -samplerate 48000".
The audio file that went through stdin was a lossless WAV at 48 kHz. Flat response in EasyEffects, i.e. no filter applied, no APO preset, nothing at all.
Of course the captured audio isn't lossless, but a mere opus at 64 kb/s.
The video was captured at 6...

I can't explain, I've done everything without passing anything through the intellect, I've gathered the photos, put them together in a folder, used the apps to create the video, everything done without thinking, just DOING and I'm as surprised by the result as anyone.
